These Town house kits are pre-coloured and they come as a complete house. They can if you so desire be constructed as a half relief house if they are to be viewed from one side only.
Stucco [rough cast ] finish, main walls are a buff colour. The size of the house is as follows, height 118mm, width 84mm, Depth 64mm
There is also a base with pavement detail
