Railway modellers are not the only hobbyists that we cater for here at Gaugemaster. We also have a wide range of items suitable for the construction of wargames terrain as well as the tools required to construct it. Not only that, but we also can provide ready-made terrain pieces that can be placed straight out of the box onto the battlefield! Please read on for an overview of what we can provide from each manufacturer.
The Preiser range of figures contains many military figures in a range of periods and scales, as well as many other odds and ends to add depth to your collection. There are both unpainted and highly detailed ready-painted figures in the Preiser range. The ranges cover such ranges as 1:25 Romans and Gauls, 25mm (1:72) Modern US soldiers, as well as 20mm (1:87) German WWII, and many more. Have a browse around; you'll be surprised at the variety on offer!

Ziterdes produce a range of modular terrain boards that can be laid out on a table or floor to produce an instant battlefield. The boards come singularly as well as in sets, and allow a different battlefield to be created each time you play. The boards measure 23.5in x 23.5in (60cm x 60cm) and are made out of durable foamboard.
Also available from Ziterdes is a range of ready-made terrain pieces made of expanded foam and are fully painted and flocked (although the buildings may require some further detailing if desired). The buildings are 28mm scale, making them suitable for Warhammer© and Warhammer 40,000©.
Ziterdes also includes a selection of trees and flocks for further customisation.
Airfix have a wide range of vehicles, figures, and aircraft kits which can be used for wargaming purposes. The 1/72nd and 1/76th scale items correspond with 20mm scale in wargaming terms. The figures range from Romans all the way up to the Second World War, with complimenting vehicles, from artillery pieces to amphibious landing craft. The Humbrol paints, glues, and tools are also a useful range in order to build and paint the Airfix kits.
Revell produce a lot of useful items for wargamers. Just like Airfix, the Revell figures span history, ranging from 1066 right up to the modern day. With the accompanying ship, boat, aircraft and vehicle kits, it's easy to finde something to compliment your collection. Vital air support can be called in from Revell's large range of aircraft kits. For Sci-Fi wargamers, the Star Wars Easykit range will also provide many useful items.
Our own range of Gaugemaster Scenics, as well as the scenics ranges of Noch, Faller, and Jordan, are also ideal for wargames terrain. We have a wide range of flocks and static grass, which can be used for terrain building as well as basing figures, and our grass mats that can be used as a roll out battlefield, or can be affixed to baseboards for a more permanent fixture. We can also supply you with a wide range of ready-made trees in a range of styles and scales.
Faller, as well as producing scenic materials, have a range of continental building plastic kits that are ideal for wargaming purposes. Their range of continental HO gauge buildings are perfect for 20mm WWI or WWII battlefields, and there are also lots of other odds and ends in the range that would be useful.
