A paper kit
The Prototype DL No.3 locomotive from a steam locomotive theme park in Nagano prefecture NOBEYAMA area. KATO named it Billy because it will transfer and re-paint to KATO as a souvenir for the opening of newmanufactory in 2024.Billy is the first paper kit by KATO, it has been tested many times to find the best material and suitable color. Finally chose a basic colored paper for heavy substance use called Kenran which is easily to process and with able to show the glossing after the painting. |
