G Gauge starter set containing a small 0-4-0 steam locomotive, two wagons and an circle of LGB track. The small locomotive is ideal for both young and experienced modellers as it is easy to place on the rails. The locomotive has a fitted snow plough on the front and standard G Gauge couplings at the rear. The wagons are fitted with small pegs which allow structures to be built on them by using Lego blocks or similar items which are available in most toy shops. The track included in this set forms a circle and is quick and easy to set up. Included in this set is a pair of track feeder wires which need to be screwed on to the track and the two bare wires need to be connected to the controller. The controller uses small push terminal clips to accept the wires. There is a UK power supply included. The rails are made of brass so the track can be used indoors or outside. The track can be extended by using Single Pieces of LGB Track or by the Extension Packs. An Additional Wagon is available for this set. |
