Design Realistic Rock Faces and Mountain Sides at a Favourable Price!
One of the New Items Highlights 2017 certainly is the new NOCH Rock Forming System. It contains six different rock formers with the dimensions of 24 x 12 cm. The NOCH PROFI Casting Compound has been developed specially for this purpose. With this improved method, you will create deceptively realistic boulders, rock faces and formations as if by magic. No matter, whether you want to design a mountain range or a train embankment with individual rocks, the NOCH Rock Forming System offers the perfect solution: From just one single form you can duplicate the rocks with the NOCH PROFI Casting Compound, with almost no upper limit. This makes the casting of rocks particularly cost-efficient and perfectly suitable for the creation of larger rock terrains.
A special inner coating in the casting mould ensures easy release of your rocks after hardening. The packaging of the rock formers is also designed to be used as a stable casting frame. For stabilization, this frame is put under the rock former. Afterwards it can be cast smoothly with the PROFI Casting Compound.
The special NOCH PROFI Casting Compound is easily prepared with 3 parts of water and 1 part compound, then cast into the mould without any bubbling, offering a high degree of stability. It hardens white in colour, which makes it the perfect material for self-cast rocks, which are coloured afterwards with our NOCH Nature Paints.
1000 g PROFI Casting Compound results in approx. 800 ml pourable mass. You can see the individual Rock Form Boards’ filling volume in the following table and then simply calculate how much of the PROFI Casting Compound you need:
