The platforms are unassembled, with top, bottom and sides separate, as well as the detailing along the platform sides to be assembled with the glue provided in the box. The kit is customisable to your layout insofar as you can build straight rectangular platforms out of the box with the materials provided, or by cutting the top and bottom sheets into the required shape and flexing the sides round it.
