We’re delighted to introduce the new PECO detailed laser-cut wood kits, capturing the charm and character of a typical 1960s-style semi-detached block. Designed with precision and realism in mind, each kit includes detailed front and rear elevations, along with the option to assemble a fully enclosed building. Each pair of houses can also be joined with others to create an extended terrace, offering flexibility for a wide range of model railway layouts.

An optional front porch is included, and there’s scope for interior detailing to add personal touches (materials not included). These kits make an excellent companion to PECO’s earlier Victorian House releases – kits NB306, NB307, and NB308 – all in N scale.

For enhanced realism, additional accessories from the Ratio range can be added, such as 300 Guttering and Downpipes or 307 Chimneys. Together, they allow you to bring authentic 1960s suburban character and architectural detail to your model railway scene with true PECO quality and precision.
