With the development of the T679 CSD, PIKO meets the wishes of many H0 railroaders for a contemporary, finely detailed model of this cult series. The PIKO model of the T679 is characterized by an exact implementation of all relevant details of its prototype and convinces with the finest paintwork and printing, attached handle bars, sharply engraved bogie trims, engine room fittings, standard-integrated cab and engine room lighting that can be controlled digitally with a PluX22 decoder, and functionally dependent on the direction of travel marker lights. The strong five-pole motor with two flywheels ensures excellent driving characteristics. The model has a digital interface PluX22 according to NEM 658 and is prepared for easy retrofitting with sound and the largest possible loudspeaker.
