The PIKO model of the locomotive 130 006-0 represents the first, consistently faithful H0 model of the DR 130 series. Exactly modeled on the model, the PIKO 130 has the large front and side windows of the first delivery series. Just as typical were the separately attached handrails in front of the driver's cabs and the "tidy" roof. Although the 130 is shorter than the class 132, appears with their pulled down front aprons, but also in the model larger and more powerful. A very special feature is the front-lit, side-mounted signage. Exemplary model railroaders should also be able to convince the exact reproduced, robust bogie detailing, which also resists the harsh everyday work routine on the model railway. The twin-rotor engine, along with the heavy-duty die-cast zinc frame, elegant four-axis propshaft drive (two diagonal-tipped wheels with traction tires) give the model excellent runnability and high tractive effort. As a model of the PIKO Expert line, the 130 006-0 has short-circuit kinematics and a digital interface Plux16 / 22. The retrofitting with sound is prepared.
