Revell Color is a resin enamel paint that does not damage the plastic surface of plastic models. From the popular with many hobbyists 14 ml paint can but also many other materials can be painted. All shades except signal color are miscible and can be diluted with Revell Color Mix. So the paint can be applied not only with the brush, but also with a spray gun.
Revell Painta Clean for the brushes and Revell Airbrush Clean for the spray gun are used as cleaning agents.
This color is used:
- as a camouflage painting of aircraft of the German Armed Forces Air Force
- as a top coat of helicopters
- as a top camouflage painting of Air Force aircraft during World War II (RLM 82)
- For anti-glare surfaces of US military aircraft, especially in front of the cockpit glazing
- For the surface
painting of the Royal Navy helicopters (Wessex, Sea King) during the Falklands conflict 1982 - as a new top camouflage paint for Tornado the BW naval aviation (together with anthracite 9 )
- as surface coating on aircraft of the USAAC-US Army Air Corps of the predecessor institution of the USAF in World War II (eg North American P-51 Mustang, Republic P-47 Thunderbolt, etc.) |
