US classics from the W&W timber construction series
The role models found their way from the US military stocks to a second, then civilian use - regardless of whether in the forest or in handicrafts. The Jeep now complements the W&W Holzbau series and is also equipped with a winch. WIKING founder Friedrich Peltzer decided early on to miniaturize a jeep - the Kaiser Jeep CJ5 with its military version M38-A1 later served as a model. The most important features were rounded front fenders, a bonnet with a raised contour in the middle and a two-part windscreen with wiper arms mounted on top. For many years it was indispensable in the WIKING program - now there is a reunion with the craftsmanship.
