Daring to use color – in the 1960s, freight forwarders dared to create more eye-catching effects. The MAN Pausbacke from the Leverkusen forwarding company Braunegger also benefited from this, which, according to their presentation, began to shape traffic on federal roads and motorways in 1960. Based on the historical model and original templates, the classic cab-over-engine combination with a smiley cabin has now been created. This time the two-axle towing vehicle pulls the three-axle trailer with swing axle. The contemporary design of the typical dark red MAN radiator grille with the silver decoration of the lettering and strips characterizes the chubby cheeks front, on the sides of the driver's cabin the curtains of the sleeping cabin, which were common at the time, ensure a contemporary long-distance driver's aura. Even the coloring was adapted to the model.
