The Büssing giant remains the collector's favorite
Even four years after its premiere, the response has been gratifying - the Büssing 12,000 is an automotive milestone in WIKING history. It is now making its debut in contemporary mustard yellow. It should not be a coincidence that the model builders miniaturized the impressive prototype with the large front control remote cab during the production of the Type 12,000 between 1951 and 1954. The traditional model builder from Berlin had already launched an advertising model for the Braunschweig truck manufacturer in 1951, which from then on enjoyed popularity everywhere: the well-known Büssing trambus with a transparent roof and visible interior! Mustard yellow cab and platform, mouse gray platform insert. Olive yellow bumper with silver trim. Interior dark brown, dashboard and gears black. Black steering wheel. Chassis with cardboard part, fenders and exhaust olive yellow. Mustard yellow rims, pearl white hood. Front headlights, window frames, door handles and Büssing ornaments are silver-plated.
