he Edelhoff duo is finally becoming a trio
WIKING is now turning the nineties duo into an Edelhoff trio: a Mercedes-Benz of the cubic generation with a debris dump now joins the sweeper and the compact garbage truck with NG cab. The family company from Iserlohn had grown rapidly in the 1970s and was responsible for the disposal of many municipalities and industrial companies. Edelhoff was committed to Mercedes-Benz from the start, before the company was taken over by the electricity supplier VEW in 1993. The Federal Cartel Office approved the takeover of the Edelhoff waste disposal company by the United Electricity Works Westphalia (VEW) after a wave of concentration had entered the waste disposal industry. The colors of Edelhoff finally disappeared when VEW was swallowed up by RWE.
