The chassis, but also the bonnet and the front weight with the hitch are made of die-cast zinc for the 1:32 model from WIKING. In addition, there is the plastic cabin, which is glazed prototypically and has appropriate lighting elements both at the front and at the rear. At the same time, the cabin has rear-opening doors that can be moved to the right and left, thus providing a view of the cabin. The number plate on the rear of the cabin is just as missing as the associated lighting unit and the taillights used. WIKING miniaturizes the characteristic exhaust pipe on the bonnet and the plastic ventilation hood. The stepladders and rims on both sides are made of the same material. Further plastic elements form the rear coupling, but also the front grille with inserted lights. The steering of the front axle works precisely and ensures a small turning radius, the steering wheel does not turn. The rear coupling can also be moved. The shiny chrome exhaust, which enthusiasts also like to call the 'roar pipe' - can be retrofitted as an accessory to the original - is supplied directly by WIKING. WIKING realizes prototypical printing of fine ornaments in accordance with the case brand look. The lettering Case International can be seen on the sides of the bonnet, the type lettering 1455 XL on the cabin doors. |
