For WIKING, this forwarding issue is an affair of the heart - a logistician steeped in tradition, who has also retained its design in a recognizable manner through evolutionary development. The VW T1 is now following the various models based on authentic models from Transit-Transport-Flensburg 7111. He was something like the all-rounder for small cases. The Flensburg-based forwarding company "Transit Transport 7111" once used the model that WIKING is now miniaturizing in everyday forwarding operations. In 1947 Heinrich Peter Petersen founded the forwarding company at the Flensburg harbor, and in 1962 a new forwarding facility was opened on Schleswiger Strasse in Flensburg. The fleet also included the millipede, which WIKING had already miniaturized.
