It is the renaissance of the large round garage at WIKING - and in a themed model set! Under the motto "Flink & robust: the Hanomag service fleet", the limited-edition model edition will be published in the series "Milestones in WIKING history" to commemorate the great brand tradition of the commercial vehicle manufacturer Hanomag. With the Hanomag Truck Trio, WIKING is creating a contemporary 1:87 set that breathes new life into the large round garage - a model classic par excellence. The market success of Hanomag at the time was undoubtedly due to the nationwide distribution network, which provided rapid sales success and ensured a broad presence in the streets. The Hanomag L28, the WIKING in a set proved to be a service vehicle with a suitcase as well as a contemporary flatbed truck provides. Initially designed for a payload of 1.5 tonnes, later versions with up to three tonnes of payload followed - the diesel engines initially had 50, later 65 and 70 hp.
