Best seller: The halfpipe tipper from Krampe in 1:32
The 1:32 scenery has been richer by a bestseller! With the HP 20 from Krampe, WIKING is introducing the halfpipe version on a precision scale - a wish that has been expressed many times has come true. The importance of earth moving dump trucks has increased significantly in Germany and beyond in recent years. Many civil engineering companies have recognized that powerful tractor-tipper combinations are superior to construction site dumpers in rough and boggy terrain. But also large-scale agriculture, landscaping and municipal companies are increasingly relying on the halfpipe construction from Krampe. The advantages in day-to-day operation are obvious: the bulk goods slide over the trough wall at a shallower angle during loading. When transporting “thick chunks” such as boulders, the bulge is prevented from bulging. The round shape of the trough also avoids bulk goods remaining in the corners of the trough - the load slides to the center of the trough in a predictable manner during the tipping process. This forced centering also improves stability when tipping.

Product details
WIKING realizes the HP20, which as a functional miniaturization means a meaningful enrichment of multifaceted topics on a precision scale of 1:32. The finely detailed chassis frame made of metal can be attached to the tractor with a movable drawbar. The mighty trough is made of die-cast zinc, the tailgate is made of plastic. In the tilt function, the tailgate opens for unloading. This again guarantees the highest level of functionality. The combination experiences an impressive effect, because the two axles of the HP20 have spherical tires and a coarse profile. In order to simulate off-road suitability, WIKING equips the trailer with pendulum axles so that it is flexible enough to adapt to the level of the ground. The fenders are made of plastic, the support leg is movably attached to the frame at the front left and can therefore guarantee a solo stand for the HP20. The rear has a filigree bumper with appropriately prototypical lighting. |
